Judging Criteria
Judged will be conducted on the basis of presentation, completeness and understanding of effort, as well as the conclusions, value, technical relevance, and level of difficulty of work performed. Please keep in mind that all levels of work will be considered.

Event Format
Presentations will be made via poster or oral format, depending on the number of entries to be judged. Those selected for presentation will be notified and will be informed of the specific format at that time.

Presentations will be scheduled for a 90 minute block of time during the evening which presenters are expected to be available to present their work to a panel of judges and discuss their work with other attendees. The session is intended to afford students a relaxed atmosphere where attendees can share their ideas with other students and professional from across a wide variety of disciplines and institutions within the Los Angeles area.
